How do you ensure zero contamination?
We ensure zero contamination by following a strict internal procedure. This standard is set, tested and validated by the Mr.Sciocco Team, with the aim of guaranteeing the absence of allergens, both as ingredients and traces.
Do Mr.Sciocco products contain nuts?

Are Mr.Sciocco products vegan-friendly?
Yes, all our products are made exclusively from 100% vegetable raw materials.
Do Mr.Sciocco products contain sugar?

Yes, Mr.Sciocco products contain sugar, which is present in a lower percentage than cocoa butter, which is the characterising ingredient, contrary to ordinary white chocolate.

At what time of day can I eat Mr.Sciocco products?
Mr.Sciocco products can be tasted at any time of the day: at breakfast, as a snack, after lunch or after dinner to indulge in a small moment of pleasure.
How should I store the mini-bars?
The ideal storage temperature is between 10° and 18° degrees, away from direct light and heat sources. In warmer months you can store the mini-tablets in the fridge with the packaging
How should I store spreads?

Room temperature in a cool, dry place is ideal for storing spreadable creams. Always away from direct light and heat sources.

How can I make the spread softer?

The consistency of spreadable creams depends both on the temperature of the place where the cream is but is also a response to the temperature of the ingredients used. To make the cream softer, we recommend placing it for 12 seconds in the microwave and then stirring it for a few seconds with a teaspoon. By kneading it, it will become creamy. After you have finished using it, we recommend that you put it in the fridge for half an hour to prevent the cocoa butter from crystallising.

My children are allergic to milk proteins. Are your products safe?

Yes, they are absolutely suitable for consumption by people allergic to cow's milk proteins and, as you will also see from the website and the product label, they carry the LFree green-label certification guaranteeing lactose-free <0.001% and milk protein-free <0.2 mg/kg.

Are your products safe for those allergic/intolerant to milk protein, lactose, gluten and soya?

Mr.Sciocco is a laboratory specialising in the production of 100% plant-based alternatives to chocolate without traces of milk, gluten and soya.
Our production is exclusively dedicated to these products, so the risk of contamination (regarding milk, gluten and soya) is completely absent.
In addition, we conduct strict controls on all incoming raw materials, food contact surfaces and the finished product to ensure the absence of milk, gluten and soya.
We can therefore guarantee that our products are completely suitable for your needs.
