These General Terms and Conditions concern the purchase of products, made remotely, via the Internet on the website mrsciocco.com, the exclusive property of MR.SCIOCCO srl., with registered office and operational headquarters in Ortelle (LE), 73030 P.IVA.n. IT05106960759.

Acceptance of the general sales conditions
The sales contract stipulated between MR.SCIOCCO S.R.L. and the Customer must be considered concluded with the communication of order confirmation by MR.SCIOCCO S.R.L..
By placing an order, the Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure, and accepts it in full.
The Customer also declares the truthfulness of the data entered during registration and declines MR.SCIOCCO S.R.L.. from any liability with respect to the inaccuracy of such data.
The Customer declares that he/she is legally entitled to enter into binding contracts and has a valid e-mail address.

Any right of the Customer to claim damages or compensation for any reason whatsoever, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property, caused by the failure to process, even partially, an order, is excluded.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer.

Jurisdiction and applicable law
The sales contract between the Customer and MR.SCIOCCO S.R.L. is concluded in Italy and is governed, by mutual agreement, by Italian law.

Prices, features and availability of products
The prices displayed on the site and transport costs are inclusive of VAT.
The availability of products can be guaranteed by MR.SCIOCCO s.r.l. and verified through the reply e-mail.
If the quantity ordered is not immediately available, or if a product is out of stock due to several similar orders, or if the product is excluded from production or marketing, the customer will be contacted promptly by our customer service department and may decide whether to wait for the product to arrive, replace it with another similar product, or, in the case of payment by credit card, request a refund of the corresponding value of the product ordered and not yet sold.
Whichever method of payment is chosen, only the actual value of the goods delivered to the Customer will be charged.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made through the secure PayPal procedure, which guarantees the confidentiality of the Customer’s sensitive data, and by bank transfer in advance. In the case of payment by bank transfer, MR.SCIOCCO s.r.l., once it has received the Purchase Order, will send the Customer an email containing an invoice if required and bank details for making the payment. If the Customer is a legal person, he/she shall specify in the reason for payment the company name, order number or invoice number. Private Customers who wish to pay by Bank Transfer must necessarily enter their Fiscal Code when placing the order.

SHIPMENTS:
Shipments are made throughout the country. The shipping cost may vary depending on the shipping zone and the weight of the products purchased. The summary of shipping costs is always visible at the bottom of the order.

For matters not expressly provided for in this contract, the rules on off-premises sales shall apply.
